| Column | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
sample_id | string | Uniquely identifies a physical sample in the run. Other tables reference this value to indicate which sample a record came from. |
sample_plan_id | string | Identifies this sample specification established during the Planning stage, before experimental execution. |
candidate_library_id | string | Identifies the pooled candidate library that was expressed and tested. |
candidate_library_plan_id | string | Identifies this candidate library specification established during the Planning stage, before experimental execution. |
sino_catalog_id | string | Identifies the antigen using its Sino Biological catalog number. Empty for samples that were not run against an antigen. |
antigen_concentration_nM | float | Concentration of the antigen used in this sample, in nanomolar (nM). |
antigen_gene_name | string | Gene name of the antigen. |
antigen_sequence | string | Amino acid sequence of the antigen. |
translation_condition | string | Describes the biochemical redox environment applied during in vitro translation, such as reducing or disulfide conditions, to facilitate proper candidate folding. |
selection | boolean | Indicates whether the sample underwent antigen binding selection. true marks a binding sample exposed to an antigen; false marks a baseline expression sample. |
