Role Summary

We seek a driven Chief of Staff to partner directly with our leadership team. You will lead the operational rhythm of the company, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure that our story, mission, and infrastructure scale alongside our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate Instance’s vision and company narrative

• Lead OKR planning and refine processes for hiring and goal tracking

• Support financial planning alongside CFO/CEO; automate payables and receivables

• Strengthen supplier partnerships and manage capital equipment purchases

• Drive investor relations: updates, reporting, pitch deck maintenance

• Develop dashboards and metrics for go-to-market (GTM) initiatives

• Collaborate cross-functionally and own projects that scale company impact

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in operational/chief of staff roles at high-growth tech or startup environments

• Excellent written, verbal, and data storytelling skills

• Track record of building new business processes from scratch

• Strong bias for rapid prototyping and iteration

• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving critical decisions

• Experience working across diverse, interdisciplinary teams
